After You pre-approve a template, we will begin to work on it. If you later change the template (perhaps in the middle of the job itself, as we're working on it) you will be billed 1/2 again whatever the original job was. Example: If we are building You a 3 page site for 399.00, and you call us a day later and want a new template, you will be billed 599.00 total. We do not consider this unfair to You or us. We pride ourselves in working quickly to get Your finished site to You, and the approved template will have someone working on coding and texting it for you almost immediately. Therefore, a major variation like template change will set our team back quite some time. And remember, even though our hours posted are business, many of us work into the wee hours of the morning on Your Job.
All text and photo graphics must be supplied by the purchaser. Text for each page listed in the package deals on the pricing page not to exceed 300 words per page. If text does exceed the 300 word limit, extra text will billed out at the rate of $18.00 per 100 words. If words are under 100 additional, the rate still applies at $18.00. This applies to new websites only, and addition of text after the 2 day limit upload policy (see further below) will be added at the rate of $50.00 per hour.
Bandwidth needs will be proposed to You by webXcellent, and although we do use anaytical tools to help, we cannot totally predetermine how much traffic Your Site may receive. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for site crashes or Your being charged for extra bandwidth by the server. The purchaser is responsible for all extra bandwidth server charges. (extra megabytes or gigs of hosting space)
Any photos given us that are copyrighted and that copyright does not belong to the website purchaser, it is the purchaser's responsibilty to legal damages. I.E.: webXcellent does not hold any legal responsibility to those damages should that be seeked out by the copyrighted photos owner. The same applies to content that is copyrighted by someone other than the purchaser and is given to webXcellent.
One half monies down to start the job and balance due before upload to the server. (You will be e-mailed a copy of the website to view before the last payment) Any corrections such as a broken link or miscoded graphic at that point will be repaired and reloaded up to the internet at no extra charge. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the text is correct and bringing any mistake to our immediate attention (within 2 days of site upload).
Any changes made by the purchaser after that 2 day period of pre-approved template, text and any changed links (By the purchaser) will then be billed out at the rate of 50.00 per hour.
We except checks only. Return of a bad check will cost the purchaser the original value plus $50.00, our bank fee. If in the state of Florida, appropriate sales tax will also apply.
