Graphics Designing
We design our own graphics at JonnieMasters.com. The larger ones are usually not created until the idea for the Website has been approved, although we do make up the more common types with the sets of many unused templates we keep on file for you to see.
The graphics we most frequently make include:
- Buttons, used to draw attention and to navigate a Site.
- Headers, like the horizontal blue bar above.
- Custom Graphics, like the abstract art to your right.
- Applets and other Animated Art.
- Business, Corporate & Personal Logos.
- Stationery & Business Cards matching Website.
More about graphics
Our custom graphics are computer-generated pictures in pixel form that have been produced only for that WebSite. They give the Site an appeal, a continuity and flow that make the WebSite appear complete and uniform. For Every Site we build, Custom Graphics are involved. Unique is our goal when creating your WebSite, and to us; custom graphics is one of the ways to accomplish this.
We digitally retouch photos that are in a digital format. We use powerful photo-retouching programs that allow us to optimize the photos you give us for the WebSite, giving it a more professional, polished appearance.
There are several different so-called names for photos and graphics. Some of them don't show up on every browser. In most cases this is when you visit a Site and see the little red "x". However, we use file formats that always show your graphics. This eliminates those "black holes" and red x's on your Site, making sure it always stays professional looking and complete.
We also create customized Stationery and Business cards, brochures that
match your WebSite. Here is shown our own stationery, reduced in size. Click on image for 2/3 original size view.
We can design the same for your Site. Imagine custom business cards and stationery, even brochures; that match your Website's theme. All of the continuity will help your customers identify with your style.
Clip Art and animation
We create a our very own clipart and animation. This allows for customizing of Your WebSite, something only Your Site will have.
It takes many hours to produce just one frame of Clip Art, and even longer for Animation. It is our passion to produce beautiful, stylish and professional Graphic Art, and you can be sure yours will stand up to the latest of what is being released.
Since most of our work is for nature and environment based, personal and resumes, professional style blogs, Designer, Artist, informational and science type WebSites, of course our graphics tend to lean along these lines as well.
Colors
Colors are very important when you are deciding which to use for your Website. We will help you choose colors and fonts that will match the tone of your ambitions with the site.
Always take into consideration your customer when choosing a base color for your Webpages. Are most of your customers going to be young? Or are they an older, more sophisticated crowd? Most older people don't enjoy viewing pages that "jump" out at them. It strains their eyes. Younger people are more tolerant of the more vibrant shades.
Also take into account what your Site is going to be about. If your selling video games, a colorful site with animation added is good, even expected. If you're placing up a Website that sells classical furniture, perhaps muted colors would be better.

Why have a Website?
Today, having a Website is crucial when you want to operate and expand your Business. WebSites allow you to advertise to a much broader market than just local advertising.
WebSites are also hotspots for Companies & Organizations to find prospective employees. A Resume page is a great example of such. They can greatly aid you in your job search. Also for those seeking love, or they can serve as a personal photo-gallery for your family and friends to see. More and more, having a Webpage or Website is becoming one of the most important way to communicate across great expanses. For example, by the year 2000', E-Mail had already surpassed the telephone as the primary means of communication by Corporate Management.
How does a Paypal Page work?
Paypal is a subsidiary of Ebay and is owned and run by them. They generously allow small businesses to use this online account to sell their own merchandise online. Depending upon your Webpage layout, the code used to make Paypal available changes. We take care of that, making the page load quick and easy, and bring up your sales figures!
Do I have to open up a large Bank Account to use Paypal?
That's the beautiful thing about using Paypal. You need only open a seperate account with say...$5.00 in it...to supply a Bank Account number...and have the monies from your Internet Sales routed specifically to that Account! Ebay charges a small fee of 2% per sale for the use of their services. Without the use of Paypal, Accounts set up for the use of Internet Sales become very expensive...Banks usually want in the excess of $50,000.00 to set up this same type of Account, and you must be bonded and insured in order to even do that!
